DOES IT HURT?

Not at all! The welding process happens on the chain, not your skin.

CAN I REMOVE IT?

Yes! While it's called "permanent," you can cut it off at any time with small scissors or nail clippers at the jump ring. If you change your mind or need to remove it temporarily (like for surgery), we can re-weld it for you later.

IS IT SAFE FOR KIDS & TEENS?

Absolutely! Permanent jewelry is safe for all ages. We do require parental consent for anyone under 18. It's become a super popular birthday gift and coming-of-age celebration for tweens and teens.

CAN I GO THROUGH AIRPORT SECURITY WITH IT?

Yes! You won't set off metal detectors. Permanent jewelry is so lightweight and minimal that TSA won't bat an eye. Fly with confidence!

WHAT IF IT BREAKS?

We offer one complimentary re-welding within 1 year of your original appointment. After that, there's a small re-welding fee. Breaks are rare, but they can happen if the chain gets caught or pulled hard.

CAN I SHOWER, SWIM AND EXERCISE WITH IT?

Yes, yes, and yes! Our chains are water-friendly and designed for everyday wear. Shower, swim in the ocean or pool, work out, sleep — your permanent jewelry goes everywhere you go.

WILL IT TARNISH?

Gold-filled and solid gold pieces are highly resistant to tarnishing. Sterling silver may tarnish slightly over time, but it's easy to clean with a polishing cloth. We'll give you care tips after your appointment!

HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Most appointments take 10–15 minutes per piece. If you're getting multiple pieces or bringing a group, plan for a bit more time. Either way, it's quick and easy!
